Both products include integrated HR and planning modules to simplify workforce management and care delivery.

How does staff management work in Coral?

Coral’s HR & planning modules are fully integrated with both Residential Homes and Outreach Services. Each module provides robust features to manage staff, scheduling, payroll, and care operations efficiently, reducing administrative burden and enhancing productivity.

Is there a free plan to try?

Currently, Coral does not offer a free plan. However, our team is happy to provide a personalized demo and address any questions to ensure you have full visibility before purchasing.

What is Coral AI and is it included with the products?

Coral AI is an integrated artificial intelligence solution available with both Residential Homes and Outreach Services. It provides intelligent notifications and alerts, such as missing reports or daily visit notes, based on context and triggers. There is no additional fee—Coral AI is included with the product.

Is Coral GDPR compliant?

Yes, Coral is fully GDPR compliant. All data is securely stored and managed according to European data protection standards, with end-to-end encryption to ensure the safety and privacy of your information.

How does the refund policy work?

Outreach Services (CQC): Focused on domiciliary care services, allowing providers to manage both staff and service users efficiently while maintaining compliance with CQC standards.

Can I purchase one product or both at once?

Yes. You may choose either one product or both, depending on your organization’s needs.

Can I purchase Coral directly or do I need to contact your team first?

You can purchase Coral directly through our website. Our onboarding process is simple and ensures you receive the product and support tailored to your organization.

Is my data safe with Coral?

Absolutely. Coral uses end-to-end data protection in accordance with European data protection laws. All servers are based in Europe, GDPR compliance is enforced, and your data is handled securely and responsibly.

Do I need to buy HR and planning modules separately?

No. The HR and planning modules are fully integrated with both Residential Homes and Outreach Services.

Residential Homes: Starting at £179 per home per month
Outreach Services: Starting at £8.50 per user per month

How does pricing work for the Residential Homes module?

Discount: 25% off for the first six months per home
Set-up Fee: £899
Rate per home:
- 1–2 homes: £179 per home
- 3–6 homes: £161 per home
- 7+ homes: £152 per home
Subscription length:
- Minimum 1 year with set-up fee
- 2 years: £449 set-up fee
- 3 years: No set-up fee

How does pricing work for the Outreach Services module?

Discounts: Free setup and free demo
Base Software Rate: £200
Staff Pricing:
- 1–40 staff: £8.50 per user
- 41–80 staff: £8.00 per user
- 81–120 staff: £7.50 per user
- 121+ staff: £7.00 per user
Subscription Length:
- Minimum 1 year
- 2 years: 10% off base rate
- 3 years: 15% off base rate

Can I add more staff or homes later?

Yes. You can add additional staff members or homes at any time by submitting a request via the Coral platform or contacting our team. Setup is fast and straightforward.

How do I cancel my Coral account?

You may request account cancellation at any time through the Coral platform or by contacting our support team. Please note that after the first year, a two-month notice period is required for cancellation. Our team will guide you through the process promptly.

AI & Automation

What is Coral AI?

Coral AI is an integrated AI solution that provides intelligent alerts and notifications, such as missing reports or incomplete daily visit notes, to help streamline operations and ensure compliance.

How do I access Coral AI?

Coral AI is automatically included with both Residential Homes and Outreach Services. There is no additional fee, and you can immediately start using its features as part of the platform.

Can I receive training for Coral?

What is the cost for training?
